The Opportunity

The plan contains multiple streams of remuneration, namely remuneration from premiums of personal referrals, remuneration on premiums from group referrals (2 levels down) and bonuses on premiums from referrals of the total group.

Remuneration is based on the monetary value of premiums received from referrals.

Group points are points from downline referrals excluding the upline INO's personal points.

Bonuses are paid to INO's on the referrals of their group, based on the team status achieved by the independent agent coupled with their continuous monthly personal and group performances.

Team statuses are achieved by accumulating team points.

Team points are accumulated by coupling personal and group performances on a month to month basis.
